FAQ’S

We operate a 2018 Freightliner M2 Business Class, 26' straight box truck, dock height, equipped with a lift gate, pallet jack, straps, and adjustable straight bars for secure transport. Our truck is non-refrigerated, making it ideal for general freight. Additionally, we can assist with loading and unloading when needed.

Currently, we are not set up for same-day or expedited shipping like FedEx or similar services. Most of our trips span 500 miles or more, and delivery times depend on our location and schedule.

We are based in Madison, WI, but we offer freight services across the entire United States. We are also capable of traveling to Canada and Mexico if the rates are favorable. Our goal is to be on the road throughout the week and aim to return home on weekends when possible.

Safety is our top priority. Our truck is equipped with all necessary tools for secure transport, including ratchet straps, adjustable straight bars, and a pallet jack. Our experienced drivers ensure careful handling of all cargo to prevent shifting or damage, delivering your goods in the same condition they were loaded.

Our operating authority to haul general freight was granted on 7/24/24. We do not transport passengers, hazardous materials, or frozen goods. Since then, we have completed a DOT inspection with no issues. Although our company is newly established, our drivers have over 5 years of combined experience operating these types of trucks safely and efficiently.

We plan to expand our fleet as soon as possible, aiming to add a second truck so each of us can operate independently. As we grow, we hope to hire additional drivers, including semi-truck operators, and explore opportunities in other areas of the logistics industry.
